KTUL, in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Coordinator to support our broadcast television and digital advertising sales efforts. This position will coordinate the television research efforts of our stations and prepare presentations for advertisers, along with supporting the Digital Sales Manger and Marketing Consultants to facilitate the sale and execution of all digital campaigns. The successful candidate will have knowledge of key industry terms and trends. In addition, we need someone with the desire to continue to learn new things about the industry, along with a solid understanding of marketing in general, including fundamentals for successful television and digital campaigns, and the ability to interpret digital campaign results and success.
Development of sales collateral for television and digital sales efforts
Significant use of television and digital industry-specific computer software and sEO processes, including OSI, Ad Connections, com Score, Marshall Marketing, and Google AdWords and analytics
Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants and Sales Management team
Maintain station marketing library
Preform various clerical and administrative tasks
Assistance with special projects as requested by station management
Self-starter who is able to work independently and stay on task
Other responsibilities as assigned
Proficiency in a Windows-based PC environment, skilled with MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
Compiling and distributing statistical information and market research in proposal form
Strong analytical ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Desire to learn, grow and have fun while delivering high quality work
Must be a detail-oriented quick learner with strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paces, deadline-driven environment
Effectively handle a large volume of work and be flexible and receptive to changing priorities
Comfortable taking initiative, being self-sufficient and resourceful
