Ohana Broadcast Company has an immediate opening for a Full Time Traffic Assistant for our high energy radio cluster.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Enter data which includes client information, commercial contracts and schedules
  • Edit/prepare daily commercial logs
  • Generate sales projections
  • Times reports for network commercials
  • Spot content continuity
  • Reconciliation of commercial logs
  • Filing

Traffic Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KDDB -FM, KPOI -FM, KQMQ -FM, KUMU -FM, KUMU -AM in Honolulu are looking for a qualified traffic assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects data from sales and production in order to prepare a minute-by-minute schedule for the broadcast day.  The traffic person is the daily link between the sales department and  programming department, keeping up-to-date commercial time availability.  Enter commercial contracts, edit/prepare daily commercial logs, filing, generate sales projections, times reports for network commercials.  May also assist with spot content continuity and reconciliation of commercial logs.
