Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ohana Broadcast Company, LLC is looking for a Full-Time Office Assistant to assist with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing file system
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or Associates degree
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Marketron (preferred but not required)
