A little about the Fargo/Moorhead area: Fargo is the largest city in North Dakota and borders Moorhead, Minnesota. The metro population is over 240,000. Fargo has a vibrant downtown with activities geared towards young professionals like yourself. The communities have plenty of options for shopping – from local specialty shops to major retailers.
You will join our current staff of five meteorologists. We track weather over North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota for television, radio and several company-owned websites, along with specialty programming. You will have the opportunity to work on all of the live news programs. Our StormTracker meteorologists work in one of the most exciting climates for the weather, from tornados to blizzards, you will cover it all! Our weather graphic system runs on WSI Max and we forecast storms with our Max Storm system.
