This position is responsible for the status of assigned jobs at all times, creates reporting structures to keep the agency team and clients informed as seen by the Account Director, and ensures all work has been appropriately reviewed before client delivery through creative, editing and discipline leads. The Project Coordinator is fundamentally responsible for execution and implementation of the agency account management process through internal resources.

The Associate General Counsel provides hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff and will be involved in managing the operations of the legal department. The individual will identify and analyze legal issues, draft key documents, present clear recommendations to top management, and assure legal compliance. The Associate General Counsel will also manage several legal specializations within Bonneville, including FCC compliance, employment law, litigation, IP, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create marketing campaigns focused on digital and legacy brands, that help clients grown their business & exceed their marketing needs.
  • Constant prospecting and developing new clients through a persistent focus to generate new business
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly budgets in legacy and digital media brands
  • Fully participate in Efficio CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
  • Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media 

 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • One or more years in outside sales experience (broadcast/media sales or equivalent preferred)
  • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions from finding and follow-through
  • Digital marketing and social media savvy
  • Demonstrated ability to go after new business, overcome objections, and the courage to ask again
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter
  • Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
  • A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies
  • Highly familiar with the benefits and shortcomings of all types of media including, but not limited to "heritage" media as well as all types of current and emerging social and digital media
  • Maintain a valid drivers license and proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing company to serious liability risks
  • Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills 

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
  • Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination

The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the General Manager, Program Manager, Sales department and other station personnel.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the General Manager, Program Manager, Sales department and other station personnel.
  • Provides word processing services.
  • Manages calendars and appointments.
  • Maintains files and records.
  • Composes correspondence and prepares documents for transmission and/or distribution.
  • Performs photocopying and other document production services.
  • Performs other clerical functions as needed.

Requirements & Skills

  • High School diploma.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the broadcast industry.
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment:


The Administrative Assistant must be able to sit, reach, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.  The Administrative Assistant must be able to lift, set up and operate equipment or items weighing up to 25 pounds.  In addition, the Administrative Assistant must be able to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls.  Repetitive movements are required.
