Account Executive

Entravision is accelerating revenue growth across our Television, Radio, and Digital marketing platforms. As an Integrated Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business while also managing and growing your client portfolio.

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will prospect, develop strategy, close business, oversee campaign execution in partnership with internal support teams, and maintain long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for consultative sellers who want ownership of both revenue generation and client success across integrated media platforms.

What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle
   New Business Development
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across local and regional markets
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, audience, and budget
  • Develop integrated media strategies across Television, Radio, Streaming, Social, Search, Display, and Audio
  • Present customized proposals aligned to measurable business outcomes
  • Secure 6–12 month agreements and recurring revenue commitments
    Account Management & Growth
  • Maintain ongoing communication with active clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal support and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across platforms
  • Lead renewal conversations and grow long-term client partnerships
  • Ensure accurate CRM tracking and pipeline management
   Strategic Integration
  • Position Television and Radio as powerful awareness drivers
  • Align Digital solutions to conversion, targeting, and measurable ROI
  • Educate clients on how integrated campaigns create stronger results than single-channel efforts
  • Leverage Entravision’s multicultural expertise where relevant
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain strong and consistent prospecting activity
  • Build and sustain minimum 3× pipeline coverage
  • Present 8–10 qualified proposals per month
  • Close 20%+ of qualified presentations
  • Generate new recurring revenue aligned with monthly goals
  • Maintain strong renewal and retention performance
  • Demonstrate consistent account growth across your portfolio
Prospecting strategy may include networking, referrals, relationship building, outbound outreach, and event participation. Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required) We provide training across both broadcast and digital platforms. Strong candidates may come from:
  • Media sales (TV, Radio, Digital)
  • B2B consultative sales
  • Automotive, healthcare, or service-based industries
  • Telecom or SaaS
  • Client-facing leadership roles
