Marketing Consultant / Media Sales Professional

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll develop and manage customized multimedia marketing campaigns for local and regional businesses.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting through cold calling, networking, and community engagement
  • Conducting in-depth client needs analyses
  • Developing strategic, results-driven marketing proposals
  • Presenting to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Managing and growing client relationships
  • Tracking sales metrics and meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Attending station events to strengthen brand presence and community ties

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business
  • Excellent listening skills with a consultative sales mindset
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial and sales data
  • Creative thinker who can present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Experience in traditional and/or digital media sales is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, proven sales performance and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
